• The heptacosapeptide amide corresponding to the entire amino acid sequence of gastric gastrin releasing peptide was synthesized using a new carboxyl-activating reagent, thiazoline-2-thione, and a new deprotecting system, 1_M trifluoromethanesulfonic acid (TFMSA)-thioanisole in TFA.
