Anomalous Three-LO-Phonon Assisted Cyclotron Resonance with Spin-Flip Transitions in n-InSb

We have reexamined "photo-induced magnetophonon resonanc<:" (n1tctc.=Ico..) in n-InSb previously observed by a part of our group by me:asuring itsdependence on the photon energy with a tunable C02 laser and have 3proved thatthis resonance is three-[0-phonon assisted cyclotron resonance. Thi:; resonanceoccurs at the magnetic field of 1co=3hco..-f-E., -.A(.,j and appears as minimain the photoresponse. We also examined the amplitudes and the da'mping can-stants of this resonance by the method of magnetic derivative of photoresponse. Asa result, this resonance were divided into tlu'ee series with different amplitudesand damping constants.
