Conductivity and magnetoconductivity have been measured for variotts kindsof graphite crystals at low temperatures down to 0.03 K. Anomalous behaviourshave been found in polycrystalline (but well oriented) specimens of graphite. Atlow temperatures below 0.1 K, the conductivity shows T"" dependence in andwithout magnetic field, Anisotropic magnetoconductivity is observed. It variesas H"", v,'ith the sign which changes from negative to positive with increasingmagnetic field strength. These behaviors are fairly well explained in terms ofIocalization and electron-electron interaction in the tlu'ee-dimensional weaklylocalized regime. The itxelastic scattering time T. shows a little weaker temperaturedependence than T-".
