In granular bismuth, electrical resistivity with T"' dependence was observedin the low temperature range 0.5-4.2 K, while anomalous positive magnetore-sistance was found in this range. This anomalous magnetoresistance, whichincreases with decreasing temperature, is farily well explained by the tlu'ee-dimensional localization theory taking account of the effect of strong spin-orbit interaction. The spin-orbit scattering time "so is estimated as 4 x 10 -" sec,and the inelastic scattering time r. changes in proportion to T "'. On the otherhand, T"' dependence of resistivity seems due to the interaction effect betweenelectrons.
