Cu/Tl-NMR Study on the Non-Magnetic Impurity Effect in Tl-Based High-Tc Cuprate TlBa_2Ca(Cu_<1-z>)_2O_<7+δ>(Tl1212)

""'Cu/"""'Tl-NMR study has been performed on the Zn-substituted high-'Z'0cuprateTIBazCa(Cu) .Zn.)307.?,5 belonging to the over-doped region. The reduction rate in T0withZn-concentration was much smaller than the lightly-doped cuprate Laj.g5Sr0.)5CuO,j, and showeda significant decrease with increasing hole concentration. The ternperature dependence of theCu-Knight shift in the superconducting state was successftrlly explained in terms of the partially closed d-wave model proposed by Ishida et at. The relation between the residual densityof states in the superconducting state and the reduction rate of Tc) with Zn-concentration forslightly over-doped samples was well explained with lVIiyake's theoretical calculation on the po-tential scattering of the unitarity limit in the d-wave supercondtrctor.
