Experimental results of magnetoconductivity in metallic n -GaAs with carrierconcentration n=N. -N.=S.74>< 10" cm ' have been analyzed with the theoryof the Anderson Iocalization. It was found that the coefficient of H"' due to thelocalization agrees quantitatively with the theoretical prediction by Kawabata. On the other hand, we found that the value of g. due to the Coulomb interactionwas nearly 8 times larger than the calculated value. These results obtained inn-GaAs are markedly different from previous results obtained in n -InSb.
