Determination of Physical Parameters of the Anderson Localization in Metallic n-InSb

The temperature and magnetic field dependences of conductivity of metallico-InSb with carrier concentration nwN. -Al'.=3.93Xl0"Clll ' and k.l.=2E.r/1=2.S5>1 have been analyzed with the recent theory of the Andersonlocalization. In accordance with prediction of the thcory, various kinks havebeen found when the conductivities are plotted as functions of T"' (I: tempera-ture) and H"' (#: magnetic field). All the values of physical parameters of theAnderson localization, i.e., the coefficient of H"' due to the localization and thestrength of various processes due to the Coulomb interaction have been deter-mined. It was found that the experimental values of parameters are in semiquan-titative agreement with the theoretical values.
