Phonon-Assisted Cyclotron Resonance Strongly Dependent on Surface Condition in n-InSb

We observe a drastic change of the photoconductance pattern in n-[nSb fromthree-[0-phonon assisted cyclotron resonance to phonon-assisted cyclotronresonance by keeping the sample in the atmosphere for 40 days after polishingand etching.
