We present an experimental naagnetic phase diagrarn based on two spin-gaps (a dynarnical spinE2lP An estitnated from ntrclear stcin-lattice relaxation rate l/'Z'l and a statuc one Acs estimatedfrom static trniform spin strsceptibility X.) for low-dirnensional qtranttrtn spun systems: one-dinuensional (ID) Haldane gap, two-leg spin ladder, dinuer spin, 2D plaquette spin, and highT. Ctr oxide systerns. Possible univers?tl correlation for respective unaterials and their mtrtualrelations are discussed.
