Carrier Concentration Dependence of the Spin Pseudo-Gap Behaviors in YBa_2Cu_3O_y

Oxygen content (y) dependence of the NMR relaxation rates (l/Tj, l/V'2G) of the Cu(2) siteof YBazCu3O. has been studied to investigate magnetic and spin pseudo-gap phase diagramsof this systern. The characteristic spin gap teunperature (V'..) defined by the peak position of(l/V'1'Z') has a plateau as a function of oxygen content (y), at y x 6.6, so-called "6OK" phasewhere '7'. also has a plateau. This plateau means that T.. may be a monotonic function of holeconcentration. On the other hand, it has been confirmed from the Curie-Weiss V'-dependence ofT' well above T that the"XX'eiss Tetaaperature (0)"far X(Q) changes its sign from negative to2GSEpositive at y x 6.85. This means that, unless the spin gap and the supercondtmctivity occtrrred,the real ground state would change from the weak antiferrornagnetic metallic state to the nearlyantiferromagnetic one at y x 6.85, which is far frouaa the real critical point, y : 6.42.
