Nuclear Spin-Lattice Relaxation in the Invar-Type Itinerant Ferromagnet Lu (Co_<1-x>Al_x)_2(x=0.125,0.15)

For the invar-type itinerant ferromagnet Lu(Co. .Al.)2 (.X'=0.l25,0.15), thenuclear spin-lattice relaxation raLc I / T. of "AN has been measured. The observed fern-perature independent l / T. above T. was compared quantitatively with predictionsbased on two different theories: the hyperfine-broadened exchange-narrowed theoryfor the localized moment system and the self-consistent renortnalization theory ofspin fluctuations for the weakly itinerant ferromagnet. However, neither of the twodynamical theories furnish quantitative interpretation of the experimental results.This fact implies that the present system belongs to the intermediate regime fer-romagnet.spin fluctuations, NMR, spin-lattice relaxation, Lu(Co. .Al.), invaf-typeitinerant ferromagnet.
