^7Li NMR Study of the Triangular Lattice Antiferromagnet LiNiO_2

'Li NMR measurements have been made in order to investigate the microscopicmagnetic properties of the triangular lattice antiferromagnet Limit. which shows thesuccessive change in the magnetization process at T.g - 210 K and T.. - 20 K. Fromthe NMR shift vs the magnetic susceptibility plots above about 200 K the transferredhyperfine coupling constant was determined to be 0.35-b0.07 k0e/q.. The 'Li NMRsignal at 4.2 K and under the zero external field has been observed. The spectrum hasa peak at about 6.0 MHz which corresponds to the internal field of 3.6 k0e. This factindicates the existence of a magnetically ordered state in Limit. below T...
