The Kniuht shift, K, and the nuclear srnn-lattice relaxation time, rn, or "cohave been measured in an exchange-enhanced Pauli paramagnet YCo.. 1 /(T.T).has been found to be proportional to '7,.3, which is in good accord with the predic-tion from the self-consistent renormalization (SCR) theory of spin fluctuationsin weakly or nearly ferromagnetic metals.
