ESR spectra and dielectric constant of 7-irradiated RbH.(Se0.). and RbD.-(SeOe)z were measured simultaneously' around the r>hase transition temperature(7'0. It has been confirmed that in these substances with the doze of about 5Mard, an incommensurate phase appears in the temperature range of about4 - 6 K above T. and the range broadens slightly with the increase of doze. Fromthe analysis of temperature dependence of A tensor for Se0q radical, it is clarifiedthat Se0.QI) in RbD3(Se0.)z rotates in a quite similar way with that in RbH3-(Se03). below IC. It was found for the first time that in RbD.(Se0.). the dielec-tric constant peak along the o-axis at 7'C is much larger than that along the 6-axis.On these results some discussion is presented.
