The dielectric constants e., 'b>and e. alons the three crvstallourar>hic axes ofthe deuterated rubidium trihydrogen selenite RbD.(Se0.). crystal have beenmeasured in the temperature range including the ferroelectric phase transition.It has been found that e. shows a much larger peak at the phase transition thanthe peak of e5 which is believed to be the dielectric constant along the polar axisin the ferroelectric r>hase. Some discussion for the cr>'stal svmmetrv is r>resentedin connection with the structure of the incommensurate phase.
