Phosphorylation of adenosine with morpholino phosphorodichloridate, P^1-diphenyl P^2-morpholino pyrophosphorochloridate and 2,6-lupetidyl phosphorodichloridate in the presence of boric acid was performed in DMF solution. It was observed that the ratio of resulting 5'-monophosphate to 2'-+3'-monophosphate was in the range of 2.7〜5.5,which indicated the protection of borate complex on 2'-and 3'-hydroxyl group of adenosine against the attack of the phosphorylating agent.
