Global Coherence and Grain Size in Superconducting Granular Films

Superconductor-insulator (S-l) transitions tuned by u?ornta1 tunneling resistance orxnagnetic field in two-dimensional granular films of tin are investigated, with em-phasis 011 the effect of grain size. We found Llaat for 280 A grains, the sl?eet resistanceat the S-I boundary in a magnetic field-tunneling resistance plauae is close toR,(alt/4e'), while that for 1200 A grains is rnuch higlaer,superconductor-insulator transition, granular film, critical sheet resistance
