1n T Term and Magnetic Field Effect in Conductivity of Ni Thin Film

Temperature and magnetic field dependence of conductivity in highly resistive thinfilm of Ni was measured at low temperatures. Conductivity varied as o. -F .4ln T, whereA was very close to e'/2n'h. Pdagnetoconductivity was positive, temperature-independent and as small as 0.1 % in 10 k0e. It was isotropic with the direction ofmagnetic field for the film of 60 A thick, while in 40 A filrn an anisott'opy was observed.
