The electrical transport properties of highly resistive films of copper werestudied. Losarithmic variations of the conductivity' with temrerature and mauneticfield were observed. Magnetoconductivity was strongly anisotropic. The resultsare discussed with the recent theories of electron localization in a two dimensionalmetal.
