概要
- 論文の詳細を見る
The conductivity o5-. of disordered copper films without and with magneticimpurities was measured at low temperature in order to study the metal-insulatortransition. In both films, a continuous transition was observed with the increaseof disorder and o57 was fitted to a scaling form with the same exponent of unityusing high temperature conductivity as a parameter. These results are discussedalong the recent scaling theory for interacting electrons.
