Resistivity Measurement in Two-Dimensional Random Array of Josephson-Coupled Fine Particles of Tin

Temperature dependence of resistivity of two-dimensional Jos<:phson coupledrandom array of tin fine particles is measured. Sample consists of Sn particles of300 A in diameter which are randomly distributed on substrate :and coupled toeach other through oxide layers. Depending on the degree of oxidation, variety oftemperature dependence is observed. Results are discussed in terms of super-conductive transition of individual particles, phase coherence aunong particles,the Kosterlitz-Thouless transition and phase-number relation.
