概要
- 論文の詳細を見る
The amplified ras oncogene was used to enhance the productivity of BHK-21 cells producing a lung cancer-reactive humen recombinant AE6F4 monoclonal antibody. The recombinant antibody (18 mg) was produced by the ras-amplified BHK-21 cells in a one-month high-density culture using the novel hollow fiber bioreactor system Tecnomouse.
