Thallic oxide, T1.0, , an oxide with high conductivity, has been investigated us-ing the pulsed NMR method. The shift and spin-lattice relaxation time (I.) measuredfor "'Tl nuclei showed Korringa-like behavior, but their values were found to bestrongly sample dependent. This suggests that the carriers belong to the thallium 6sband, and that the materials which we regard as T1.0, are not stoichiometric anddeficient in oxygen.T1.0, NMR, Knight shift, spin-lattice relaxation time, nonstoichiometry
