The precise atd.jtusttaaent of I xvas per-f'ormed by enabedding tl're IS-gI0XVl1 cry'stals in a large anaottnt of' powder and heattiu?g theun./IV-Nag.33V305 xvas t'rot a convev?tional seuaaicotadtrctor btut a possilvle anisotropic taaetztl at luiglaertetauperattrres. It exhibited a taaetal-instrlator trtttasition at 136 K, strggesting a charge order'izug.True ordered structvrre vrnderwent a rtaagnetic orderizag witla T. :: 24 K. NVe also obserx'ed a devel-optaaerat of 1 x 2 x l strperstrtrctttre below 230 K, stuggestiuag 2111 ordering of the izuter'calated fort.Tluose transition'ns siraailarly occtrrred in /J-Agg 33V205. The dexzi;ttion frotrt x :: 0.33 drsrsticallydecreased the transition tetnperattures or unagnittzdes of anoraaalies at tlae tr?ttusitions, and bot[urnetallic belaavior in tlae l?igla teraaperarttrre pharse atad ra??rgnetic or'dering xx'ere lost.
