Luteolin, luteolin-7-methylether and kaempferol 3-O-β-D-(6"-p-coumaroyl)glucopyranoside-(tiliroside) were identified as adenosine 3',5'-cyclic monophosphate phosphodiesterase inhibitors contained in the flowers and buds of Daphne genkwa SIEB. et Zucc. The assignments of the proton and carbon-13 nuclear magnetic resonance signals of tiliroside were confirmed by two-dimensional ^1H-^<13>C chemical shift correlation spectroscopy.
