Sites of 18S-5.8S-26S rDNA sequences in diffused-centromeric chromosomes of Drosera falconerii

The southern hybridization technique confirmed the existence of 18S-26S rDNA of the localized-centromeric chromosome in the diffused-entromeric chromosomes of Drosera falconerii. Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) using pTa71 rDNA probe into the Drosera falconerii somatic chromosomes indicated 2-5 localized signals in somatic interphase nucleus and in the terminal position of two chromosomes at mitotic metaphase.
