ラット心臓の発達過程におけるホスホリパーゼD1の一時的発現(解剖学)

異なる発達段階でのラット心臓におけるホスホリパーゼD(PLD)の発現を検討した.免疫組織化学法の結果, PLD1は胎齢17日で少数の細胞に弱い陽性反応を呈した.生後0, 3および7日では,少数の血管内皮細胞および心筋細胞が強い陽性反応を示した.生後21日以降では,微弱な発現が少数の細胞に観察された.以上のことから,心臓におけるPLD1タンパクは,ラット心臓の生後初期の発達段階に強く関わることが示唆される.
