自己免疫性心筋炎発症Lewisラットの心組織におけるオステオポンチンの発現増強(短報)(病理学)

自己免疫性心筋炎(EAM)発症ラットの心臓におけるオステオポンチン(OPN)の発現を検索した.ウェスタンブロット解析では,EAM発症心臓でのOPNは完全Freund'sアジュバント(CFA)で免疫された対照群のそれに比べ有意に増加していた.免疫組織学的には,無処置の正常な心筋細胞とCFAで免疫された心筋細胞でのOPNの発現は弱かった.EAM病変部では,ED1陽性マクロファージを主体とした炎症細胞においてOPNは著しく染色された.これらの所見から,OPNの発現はEAN病変部で有意に増加し,OPNがラットEAM進展における炎症過程に影響を及ぼしていることが示唆された.
