Transport Property and de Haas-van Alphen Effect in YCu_2

We have measured the electrical resistivity, Hall coefficient, magnetoresistance andde Haas-van Alphen effect in YCu.. This substance is found to be a compensatedmetal with equal carrier concentration of electrons and holes. Fermi surface is foundto be a multiply connected one constructed by many cylindrical arms. Open orbits ex-ist along the b- and c-axes.de Haas-van Alphen effect, Fermi surface, YCu.
