概要
- 論文の詳細を見る
We have measured the de Haas-van Alphen (dHvA) effect for the antiferromagnetic compound SmIn3. The Fermi surfaces of Smln, are roughly similar tothose of the non-4 f reference compotrnd Lain., altltough they are modified intopology by the magnetic Brillouin zone. The cyclotron masses are in the range of 0.2m. to 1.3 m., which are twice or three times larger than those of Lain..de Baas-van Alphen effect, Fermi surface, Smln.
