Anomalous Hall Coefficient in the f Electron system-Ce Compounds

We report the temperature dependence of Hall coefficient of RCu.(R: La, Ce, Pr,Nd and Sm), Ce.La. .Cu. and typical Ce compounds (CeRu., CeSn, CePd,CeCu.Si., Cell, CeInCu., Cell., Celn, and CeB.) in the temperature range of 0.7 Kto room temperature. The f electrons of these substances show a wide variety ofbehavior including Pauli itinerance, mixed valence, heavy fermion and localized mo-ment system. These characteristics are well reflected in the Hall coefficient. The Hallcoefficient of Ce.La. .Cu. at higher temperatures than 30 K is well fitted by the recentskew scattering Hall effect theory.anomalous Hall effect, Ce compound, heavy fermion
