We have measured the magnetoresistance and de Haas-van Alphen (dHvA) effect inUB... Shown by the result of magnetoresistance, this material is a compensatedmetal, and possesses an open orbit along the (100) direction. The detected dHvAbranches are roughly explained by the recent band calculation performed by Harimaet al. The cyclotron mass is in the range of 0.6 m. to 6 m..UB.., magnetoresistance, de Haas-van Alphen effect, Fermi surface
