The current-voltage characteristics of point contact heterojunctions between Moand the intermetallic compounds CeB., Cell., CeCu.Si. and CeCu. were in-vestigated at liquid He temperatures. The dynamic resistance of these compoundsshows a dip near zero bias voltage and large asymmetric bias voltage dependence. These behaviours are explained in terms of thermoelectric effects and resistivity due tolocal heating near the contact.
