概要
- 論文の詳細を見る
Dingle temperatures of six dilute aluminum alloys are calculated by means of4-OPW approximation and the first Born appt'oximation. Except Al-Zn, thecalculated results moderately agree with the experimental values both in magnitudeand in anisotropy.
