New Phase Transitions of Monoclinic RbD_2PO_4 and Its Forced Ttansition to the Ferroelectric State

The surface exciton r>olariton (SEP) in cubic ZnSe is investizated bv the atten-uated total reflection (ATR) measurements. The exr>erimental ATR sr>ectra forthe SEP are analyzed taking account of the spatial dispersion effect. Effect of thecrystal surface layers on the SEP is investigated by the ATR spectroscopy includ-ing the electro-modulated ATR measurement.
