Dielectric Study of the Phase Transition in K_3H (SeO_4)_2 and Isotope Effect

The dielectric constants of K.H(Se0.). and its partially deuterated crystalwere measured from 5 K to 400 K. It was found that K3H(Se0.). undergoes aphase transition accompanied with a small peak in the dielectric constant atabout 20 K. The peak of the dielectric constant was shifted front 20 K to 73 K bydeuteration of about 70'/;.
