The conceuttratior?-pressure-temperature three dimensional phase diagram of{(NH.)3H(SQ.).}.-.{(ND.)3D(S0g).1, system was studied by ITICIIIS of dielec-tric measurenae?ats in a pressure-tenvperature [811gC of p<10 kbar amtd -100'C<7'<room temperature. The two pressure-it?duced ferroelectric phases of V[ andVll in the ?torma] com.pound (,v=0) are fouuad ita lower pressure regiozt as theconcentration x iuccreases. Compouttds with ,r>0,90 show the ferroelectric Vlphase eveut at atmnospheric pressure. A good correspondence betweexa the effectsof hydrostatic pressure auvd deuterit?m-substitutio?t was established as regardsthe stability of the ferroelectric phases. Two pressure-induced phases (PhasesVINE, IX) were newly observed in the normal-deuterated mixed crystal system.
