The cotnplex dielectric constant of' (CH3)2NH2Hl2AS04 XV2LS rneastrred in a f'reqtrency rangebetween 10 [NIHz and 13 GHz. Dielectric dispersion XVdS fotmnd to 1*e very close to tlae taaonodis-persive Debye type. The critical sloxving-down plaenonaenon of' polarization xvas observednear the phase transition ternper?tttrr'e of' 274.5 K (T.). Dielectric const?xnts e in cryst?rls of(CH3)2N(Hl .D.)2(Hl .D..)2AS04 systeta? w'ere uaaeastrred at TOO kHz 2lS ftrtactiotas of' tera?-perattrr'e. The ferroelectric phase transition tetrnperature itacreases with incretrsing detrteriu?taconcentration .11. The tenaperatture dejcendence of tlae relaxation tiune r in the paratelectric phasecart be well explained by the qtrasi-one-diutaensional dynu;ttnic Isiuag tnodel. Tlae activation energywas estimated to be E. : 64,3 naeV.
