Dielectric Dispersion of Ferroelectric CsH_2AsO_4 in the Paraelectric and the Ferroelectric Phases

Complex dielectric constant of CsH.As0. along the ferroelectric c-axis has beenmeasured in the frequency range from 10' to 10' Hz above and below the Curie tem-perature T.. In contradiction to the result reported by Tornberg and Lowndes, thereis no dielectric dispersion around 10' Hz above T.. Below T., two dielectric disper-sions, resonant type and relaxational type, are found. The relaxation time of the fat-ter obeys the Vogel-Fulcher law with the Vogel-Fulcher temperature of 89 K. Thisseems to be the reason for the domain freezing observed around 90 K as in the case ofKH.PO..
