Comrlex dielectric constant of the KH2P04 r>owder with the r>article size of25-53 pm has been measured between 20 Hz and l MHz. At 1 kHz three peaksof .51 " denoted as l;, 77 and I; were found, respectively, at 105 K, 55 K and 12 K inthe ferroelectric r>hase from 4.2 K to the Curie temrerature, The oriuin of thepeak ( is ascribed to the relaxation of anchored domain wall motion, and t7 to thefreezing process of domain wall motion. A possible origin of the peak 4 is thereorientation of dipoles in the domain walls.
