Dielectric dispersion relating to the "domain freezing" ccf Kl,PC. crystals hasbeen observed in the frequency range from 110 Hz to l GHz. A clear dispersion of arelaxational type is found in the ferroelectric phase above the piezoelectric resonantfrequency. This dispersion can be described with the relaxatic>n time r which obeys aVogel-Fulcher law, r=r. exp (E/ (T - 7'.)}, with a Gaussian distribution of the activation energy, f(E)=(J2no) 'exp f -(E -E.)'/2o"J. When the temperature islowered, the relaxation times become longer; and crossover oh' the relaxational dispersion and the piezoelectric resonance arises around 100 K below which the dielectricconstant of the free crystal decreases remarkably. It is concluded that the "domainfreezing" is caused by the Vogel-Fulcher behavior of the relaxational dispersion.
