• The infrared reflection spectrum of the tetragonal YBa_2Cu_3O_x sintered at 1000℃ exhibits Reststrahlen vibration, and spectra of the orthorhombic YBa_2Cu_3O_x sample sintered at 900℃ and 600℃ exhibit the characteristics of free electrons. The large differences in the free electron concentration may, however, also be influenced by the oxygen concentrations.
