Non-Radiative Recombination Processes and Related Phenomena in Ge Doped As_2Se_3 Glasses

The photoacoustic and the conventional optical absorption spectra of(As.Se.)...-,Ge, (.X'=0, l, 5, 10) glasses were observed at room temperature.The non-radiative recombination processes of these materials were analyzedbased on the existence of electron-phonon coupling. We found that the non-radiative recombination processes and the photostructural change (PSC) arevery well explained by an adiabatic potential and that, in total photon intensity(I.t) dependence of PSC, the increasing of the sample temperature due to in-creasing the value of I.t is very important.
