The lattice parauneters, bond length between rare-earth metals R and boron atoms, intra- andinter-bond lengths between boron atortas and temperatture paranneters of constituent atozns inrare-earth hexaborides RB(; (RAY, La, Ce, Nd, Sm, Etr, Gd) were deterutained by analyzirrg inte-grated X-ray intensutues with the trse of ttltra-short wa.','elength at room ternperattrre, Theseparameters were related to tlae pectrliar physical properties in the coraapotunds. The Einsteinternperature of rare-earth naetals in the crystal strtrcture of RB6 (R:La, Ce, Nd, Sna, Eu, Gd)has also been detertnined by analyzing the tetaaperattrre dependence of integrated X-ray intensitues. Except for Etude, the xzaltre is tnonotot'aotrsly decreasing with increasing atomic nuraaber.
