Raman scattering spectra of Ca_2Sr(c_2H_5CO_2)_6 and Ca_2Pb(C_2H_5CO_2)_6 were studied in the frequency range up to 2000 cm^<-1> and in the temperature range between -200℃ and 150℃. No soft mode was observed. As a result, it is concluded that the phase transition of both materials is of order-disorder type.
