The Raman spectra of cv-GaPO. single crystals have beett investigated. In thepolarization measurements at room temperature uuader atmosjcheric pressure we ob-served seven new Raman lines, not observed so far. In addition, the measurements ofthe temperature and pressure clependences of Raman spectra show the results whichare well in accordance with those obtained for the single crystals of the same structuresuch as quarts and AIPO..[GaP0. single crystal, Raman spectra, temperature dejcendence, pressure ll dependencel
