概要

The specific heat of 1.0, 2.0 and 2.6 at.% PtMn dilute alloy:; has been measured. Atlow temperatures the magnetic specific heat increases in proportion to temperature andthe proportionarity constant decreases with the Mn concentration. The specific heatcurve is concave at the lowest temperatures, which is remau-kably seen for 2.6 at.%PtMn dilute alloy. The curves of specific heat are in good accord with the computersimulation result taking account of the elementary excitation by Walker and Walstedt.
