The magnetic structure of (C.H 5 1NH.).CuBr. in the ordered state is studied byNMR of bromine nuclei. The magnetic space group is Pb'c'a. In zero aj>plied field,the spins are in the 6c-plane with an angle 54 degree from the c-axis. The aniso-troric exchanue field is estimated as 2.1 :I-0.2 kOe which is much larx?cr than therough estimate from the ,(-factors.
