The urowth time c'!. of the 7C emission has been obtained to be 100i20 ps inKl crvstals at LHeT. r'A is comrarable to the xrowth time r'r of 210815 rs for theTrip. absorption band due to the STE at 'I: ((7., Iso.). The fast growing anddecaying component observed previously on the growth curve of the absorptionhas not been detected on that of the x omission.
