Forschung in Bezug auf die Lotbruchigkeit von Kohlenstoffstahl (Bericht 3) : EinfluB der Zuggeschwindigkeit auf die Lotbrilchigkeit(Materials, Metallurgy & Weldability)

Eine Konstantlastprufung und eine Prufung mit konstanter Zugrate wurden an gekerbten Proben von Kohlenstoffstahl in Kontakt mit Flussigmetallen wie Zn, Sn, Zn-50Sn-Legierung und Zn-50Cd-Legierungen unter sich andernden Temperaturen durchgefuhrt, um die Wirkung des Zugrate auf die Flussigmetallversprodung (LME) zu klaren. In dieser Studie wurde die LME-Empfindlichkeit von Kohlenstoffstahl durch die Zeit bis zur maximalen Last, die Verschiebung zur maximalen Last und die durchschnittliche Penetrationsrate abgeschatzt. Von den Ergebnissen der Temperaturabhangigkeit her wurde beobachtet, daB die LME von Kohlenstoffstahl in Kontakt mit flussigem ZN bzw. Sn einen Ubergang von plastischem zu sprodem Verhalten mit Zunahme der Temperatur bei Prufung mit konstantem Zug (5mm/min) verursachte, wahrend dies bei Kontakt mit flussiger Zn-50Cd-bzw. Zn-50Sn-Legierung nicht der Fall war Es wird jedoch gezeigt, daB die Ruckgewinnungstemperatur fur die Dehnbarkeit mit der Zugrate der Prufung fur LME oder der Bildungsrate der Reaktionsschicht an der Schnittstelle zwischen festem und flussigem Material zusammenhangt.
